Items Purchased Over 30 days

AthleisureX gives you the right to return your order within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days have passed, any item will no longer be eligible for our return policy.

Customized & Embellished Items

Embellished and customized items are not eligible for returns, but we care about customer satisfaction and are willing to work with you on resolving issues. Reach out to us and we’ll fix the situation for you.

Mill Ship Items

The return and exchange option is not available for the mil ship items. These items only can be returned or exchanged if they are defective/damaged.

Used or Altered Items

Items that have been altered or used (worn, washed, or not in their original condition) will not be eligible for exchange or returns.

Closeout Items

Closeout items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. All closeout sales are final and will only be replaced if they’re defective or damaged.

**Please note that you can return incorrect, damaged, or defective items regardless of if they were Closeout or Mill Ship.

Term & Conditions

  • No items can be returned without Return Authorization (RA). Click here to request your RA.
  • We provide free shipping on all orders above $249. In case you’re returning an item that reduces your merchandise total below the free shipping level, we’ll charge your refund to the shipping amount which you received as your credit to the original order.
  • It may take us 5 to 8 business days to inspect the returned items. Speaking of which you will receive the refund within 5 - 10 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy for International Customers

  • Please note that Return Authorization (RA) is necessary to return your items.
  • In case you received an incorrect order, returns will be absolutely free.
  • You may return an item to us within 21 days from the receipt of the original order.
  • For an exchange option, you’ll be required to place a new order and return the one you received after getting your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once we receive merchandise from you, we’ll process the refunds on the payment channel that was used for the purchase.
